ബംഗലുരു യുണൈറ്റഡ് തിയോളജിക്കല്‍ കോളേജിനു മുന്നില്‍ എ.ബി.വി.പി. ആക്രമണ ശ്രമം
ബംഗലുരു: ബംഗലുരുവിലെ പ്രശസ്തമായ യുണൈറ്റഡ് തിയോളജിക്കല്‍ കോളേജിനു മുന്നില്‍ ബി.ജെ.പി.യുടെ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥി സംഘടനയായ എ.ബി.വി.പി.യുടെ ആക്രമണ ശ്രമം പോലീസ് പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തി.
50 അംഗ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ മില്ലേഴ്സ് റോഡിലെ യു.റ്റി.സി. ക്യാമ്പിനു മുമ്പില്‍ പ്രതിഷേധ പ്രകടനവുമായെത്തി മുദ്രാവാക്യം വിളിച്ചു ക്യാമ്പസിനുള്ളിലേക്കു കടക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമം നടത്തി. പിറ്റേദിവസം വരെയും ക്യാമ്പസിനു മുമ്പില്‍ സംഘടിച്ചു നിന്ന ഇവര്‍ പ്രകോപനം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുകയും കോളേജിന്റെ നെയിം ബോര്‍ഡില്‍ കറുത്ത പെയിന്‍റ് അടിക്കുകയും ഗേറ്റ് തല്ലിത്തകര്‍ക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
ആംനസ്റ്റി ഇന്‍റര്‍നാഷണല്‍ ഇന്ത്യാ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകരെ അറസ്റ്റു ചെയ്യണമെന്നായിരുന്നു പ്രതിഷേധക്കാരുടെ ആവശ്യം. ആംനസ്റ്റി ഇന്‍റര്‍നാഷണല്‍ ഇന്ത്യ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച ‘ബ്രോക്കണ്‍ ഫാമിലീസ്’ എന്ന യോഗത്തിനെതിരെയായിരുന്നു പ്രതിഷേധം. ഉച്ചയോടുകൂടി കൂടുതല്‍ പോലീസ് എത്തി 30-ഓളം എ.ബി.വി.പി. കാരെ ജെ.സി.നഗര്‍ പോലീസ് അറസ്റ്റു ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടുപോയി. പിന്നീട് എല്ലാവരേയും വിട്ടയച്ചു. ആരുടെയും പേരില്‍ കേസെടുത്തില്ല. എന്നാല്‍ എ.ബിയ.വി.പി.ക്കാരുടെ ആരോപണത്തിന്മേല്‍ ആംനസ്റ്റിക്കെതിരെ ബംഗലുരു പോലീസ് കേസെടുത്തു.
കാശ്മീരില്‍ ദുരിതം അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന വിഭാഗത്തെ നേരത്തെ യു.റ്റി.സി.യില്‍ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച സെമിനാറില്‍ അവര്‍ക്കു നേരിടേണ്ടിവന്ന ദുരനുഭവങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് വിവരിക്കുവാന്‍ ആംനസ്റ്റി ഇന്‍റര്‍നാഷണല്‍ ഇന്ത്യ അവസരം നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു. ഇതില്‍ കാശ്മീരില്‍നിന്നു വന്ന വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളുടെ പരാമര്‍ശമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇതിനാലാണ് ദേശദ്രോഹികളെ അറസ്റ്റു ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യവുമായി എ.ബി.വി.പി. രംഗത്തു വന്നത്. ദേശവിരുദ്ധ മുദ്രാവാക്യവുമായി യു.റ്റി.സി.ക്ക് യാതൊരു ബന്ധവുമില്ലെന്നും അംനസ്റ്റി ഇന്‍റര്‍നാഷണലിന് സെമിനാര്‍ നടത്തുവാന്‍ അവസരം നല്‍കുക മാത്രമാണ് ചെയ്തതെന്നും കോളേജ് പ്രിസിപ്പല്‍ ജെ.ആര്‍ . സാമുവേല്‍ രാജ് അറിയിച്ചു. എന്നാല്‍ അഭിപ്രായ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിനുമേല്‍ എ.ബി.വി.പി. നടത്തുന്ന കടന്നാക്രമണത്തെ ചെറുക്കുമെന്ന് എസ്.എഫ്.ഐ. പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.
